Rushing off to the kage summit?

Ayame Nicole Kouhei would quickly rush into the building of the hokage office and quickly identify herself to the guards of the ho kage. After a few seconds they would allow her to past as she ran up some stairs and quickly came to a stop in front of the ho kage office. She woudl then rest for a bit trying to regain her breathe and remind herself of why she came holding the message of the kage summit. It would take them a couple of days to get to the village of the sand for the meeting and she was definitely sure they were already late. She would sigh then after regaining her breath 5 minutes later and hold up her hand giving a couple of raps on the door.

As soon as she could since she was allow to talk freely around the hokage as her assistant she would yell "Medusa, we have business to attend too. Your already late for the kage summit that we were suppose to well leave for yesterday." Then she would calm herself down knowing she shouldn't be like this and gave another couple of raps on the door. "Excuse me, Medusa? Are you awake. We need to leave as soon as possible." She would glance towards each side then and try the door finding it unlock as she enter's the office.

Ayame would give a glance around the room before moving further inside wondering where Medusa would be at. She guess she would get some coffee ready for her as she walks towards a table that had some scrolls on it as well a coffee maker on it. She would sigh as she looks upwards rolling her eyes. Late as usual I see.... Ayame would think and mutter under her breathe as she puts some coffee on to brew then walks over to one of the winows of the ho kage offfice to look down towards the village. It felt a bit weird now being allow access to enter the kage office. But she was sure she would get use to it as she leans against a wall of the hidden leaf kage office and sigh..

A note would be left for Medusa's assistant to read, the words being:

Dear Assistant, Ayame

I have had to leave prior to your arrival, so that I will be on time for the meeting. Please leave as soon as you get this message so that we can both be on time for the summit. Your Hokage and respectful leader,

Medusa

The note was white, sitting on the edge of Medusa's desk and simply being folded. It read on the top of the paper "Read me Ayame." A message that Medusa's assistant was surely to understand when she noticed it.

Ayame would soon turn around afterwards only to notice that a note had been left for her. She would blink wondering still where the kage was as she wander over to the note and look at it properly. She would read over the silently words and soon understand that the kage had left without her as she sighs. Ayame only hope the kage made it safely as she quickly hurry out of the hokage office.

She would quickly walk towards the village gates as she notices villager's looking at her more and more like she was someone important. She wish she didn't have to go though that as she wanted to be treat as a normal person yet she is push out danger at the same time in ways. She grinned as she reaches the village gates quickly hoping out of the village with note to village guards to guard the village well. She would quickly hop over the forest in 10 minutes reaching the border of the fire country soon...

Then Ayame would quickly hop over it knowing the chuunin guards could see her no far for danger. She would speed across the dessert running as fast as she could towards the kage summit knowing only well that she should attend the meeting. She was interested in the progress of one anyways and would like to meet the kages as well even if she couldn't speak to them herself. Plus she wonder what their assistants would be like or whether they use them for solely guarding.
